¶Not in Wolff. The first edition edited by Miller was published in 1880. With a new preface. 'A generation has passed away since "The Camp of Refuge" first issued in the press. Although published anonymously, it shows that its author had a very extensive knowledge of the history and topography of the Fen district ... the present publishers determined to offer a new edition to the public.'
